BenMovesBama(“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and how we use it.
When you submit our contact or inquiry form, we collect the information you choose to provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. If you indicate you are a property owner, we may also collect information about your portfolio (number of units, property type) so we can prepare a meaningful response.
We do not use cookies for advertising, do not run third-party tracking pixels, and do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect basic technical information such as IP addresses and request timestamps for security and abuse prevention. Our email delivery provider (Resend) processes inquiry-form messages on our behalf so we can receive them.
All form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Inquiry messages are sent to our internal email and not stored in a database on this website. We restrict access to inquiry messages to Harwood Real Estate staff who need it to respond to you.
If you would like a copy of any information we hold about you, or you would like us to delete it, please contact us at Ben@HarwoodRealEstate.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
